How does my garden grow
Fast and green
Full of colour
Spreading out
Hard to walk through
So many plants
Too many plants?
Very lovely to see…
No golden bells
Or cockle shells
Or pretty maids all in a row?
No just colour and flowers!
New paintings and regular art updates.

He’s getting better
And I’m waiting.
For when his eye is better
Than it is now
For when his mouth has healed.
For when his fur is clean.
White as snow and black as charcoal.
Happy again, healthy and healed.

Hmmm
What am I thinking
What am I doing?
Staying up late again.
NOISE OUTSIDE?!
What is that?
The cat fighting the cat flap!
She’s allowed out
But she can’t always get back in
A bit to small and thin!
The stray cat smashed
The cat flap
Now it’s held together with
glue and tape.
We need a new one.
Late night thoughts…

Wibbld wobble
Tyoenig with a
Shakey Arm.
The phone wibbled
As I tye
I’m not goikng to.
Correct what
I type.
Shaking and vibratung
How do i catcb
Tye letters as
They dance under
My fi get?
Spend agrs
Correcring
Grrr!

In a spin
My head whirls
Twists
Turns
Round and round
No way back
Just forwards
In time
The clock has ticked
Time goes fast
We have to follow
My spinning mind
Watches
Tick tick tock
The clock
Spinning
Down

My heart hurts
I miss you so much
I stroke your shadow
In my imagination
The way you purred
And pranced
Jumped high
Balanced like a gymnast
My podgy puddy cat
Leaned back and looked up
Paw high
Reaching
Waiting to nuzzle my hand
My memories
My dreams
You are still there.
Like Schrodinger’s Cat
Gone, not gone?
Lingering

Coloured drinks glasses
For…..
Fruit juice
Or……
Apple
And…..
Orange
Maybe
Lemonade?
All look good
In these
Lovely beakers.

Beautiful
Lilac purple
Pattern plays
On my mind.
No one knows
How lovely
You are.
Growing quietly
in my garden
Bestowing lovely
Unfolding petals
In my heart.
My soul.

A year ago I was at home
A year ago I wasn’t by the sea.
Eighteen months ago
I was home…
I wasn’t by the sea.
No storms, no showers
No tides, no beaches
No lapping waters.
Bereft of waves
Tide out
Gone.

Two hanging baskets, one below the other, have gone mad this year!
A column of plants
Chlorophyll filled
Turning a house
Into a garden.
Green with splashes
Of colours, gaudy
Reminds me of
The sculptor
Gaudi!
A mosaic of flowers
Crushed together,
Late summer skills
Gardening thrills!
