Now it’s 12%, why does the battery power drop so fast when it gets to 15%? It’s annoying, I want to write more but the charge is now 11%. Maybe it’s time for a new battery. I sometimes stand in the kitchen with my phone on charge, it’s quite cold in there so I don’t think I will tonight. I will just write this and stop for the night. Anyway it’s a strange and insignificant thing to write about. But I have had this phone for about four years. I don’t change them every five minutes like some people. I can’t afford to and also it’s a waste of resources. Whoops! 10%, goodnight!
Oh dear! What have I done? I haven’t posted much recently, and since the clocks went back I have got less views. Maybe I’m boring people. It’s hard not to be repetitive and I’ve also expressed some political views that might have put people off or annoyed them. But I can’t help being honest about my opinions. I don’t think I’m extreme in any way, just concerned about what is happening in the world with democracy and climate change. Tell me if there is anything I need to do to change? The Internet is an echo chamber, sometimes you only hear what you want to. I don’t think I can change that much?
Took my glasses off, fell asleep. All I can do at the moment is rest. It takes time to get over illness and I’m afraid I overdid things yesterday. Then a bad nights sleep wiped me out even more. So I’m having a quiet day. Time to take care of myself for a change. I’ll be back later but I need to rest. Sorry to be boring!
Fed up with being ill. Not Covid, but a cold/ chest infection. But I’m getting bored. I feel trapped but that might be a good thing. Perhaps I’m getting better?
Sundays used to be boring when I was a child. Nowhere was open, shops shut, nothing really to visit. If you ran out of milk you could not buy any. Memory of a different world. Time changes things. Then I was waiting for fruit salad with evaporated milk with bread and butter for tea. Watching my mom and dad doing the washing in a boiler in the kitchen that had a mangle on the top and an old spin dryer to get most of the water out. While they did that we played in the garden. Unless the weather was bad. Then I would read a book, or draw. Maybe it wasn’t all that boring?
After a lot of travelling over the last few days I’m having a bit of a rest today.
Been busy driving around North Wales and yesterday on the way back I felt myself almost falling asleep. We decided to take a detour on a road I didn’t know so my brain would keep working and I would have to keep alert. That seemed to help. Got home safely about 7 hours after setting off!
Today I had a lie in, didn’t get up till 11 after listening to the radio. Then my hubby went out and got Staffordshire oatcakes for breakfast. Very tasty.
I won’t go on… But if I think of something more interesting I might blog it.
