I could play with this for ages. This time the earth had become a blazing sunset or a moon being clouds. The tree is from stencils I have on my phone. The rays could be eminating from the moon or Sun. Maybe I should stop now….

Ten year Cat
Digital drawing I did ten years ago. I’m not sure which website I drew it at. I think there are still some sites that allow you to draw independently, but most seem to be limited in what you can do, like editing photos or colouring in areas, or making patterns. I looked online but the types of site seem to be quite limited. If you know of any site that I can draw on let me know? (I’m also mainly drawing on my phone so the memory I can use is limited).
Digitally altered
I am not listing what I did to this, I just like the end result! Computer programs and apps can do lots to your work to change and distort, add or reduce colour, duplicate or delete. Its fun and it’s great to experiment, at least that’s what I think. Splodges turn into complex patterns. Acrylic paint, felt pens and megabits!
Homage to Escher
Digital drawing I did ten years ago in photoshop. Based on a self portrait by the artist Escher who did all those black and white drawings of interlocking /tessellations of birds and fish, or infinitely climbing or descending stairs. It was an interesting challenge to try and draw this from my imagination.
Four Sun’s?
Bright as shining stars
Rays shoot out in colour
Radiating like a peacocks tail
Flinging out particles
Spinning up gravity
Xrays and gamma rays
Expressing power.

Sometimes I don’t know if a drawing will work. This one seemed to. Used Artrage oils and Sketch apps. Not much more to say really… I had fun!

Abstract called feathers.
Many digital processes, I won’t list them. I use the same apps, just over and over so that you get different effects each time you add a layer. I think it looks like a flurry of feathers after a pillow fight! Or even fireworks exploding. I used a blur tool to get the fuzzy effects.

Blue and white digital drawing using the sketch app on my phone that has a kaleidoscope effect, then with added texture using photo director. Reminds me of a ceramic bowl with a repeat surface pattern using transfer printing. The pattern also looks like dancers or iceskaters. It would also look good on fabrics, like a silk scarf.
