Looking two ways

Remember the future

Wait for the past

How do we know

Times arrows flow past ?

Broken to mended.,

Crumbled to fixed…

I know its happened

Days before this.

Weather makes patterns

Time takes your mind

Going to sleep

And wake up past this.

Go forward and backwards

Through times tangled forest,

Caught in the branches, twigs and boughs,

Only returning slowly to now.

Middle space poem

IMG_20181205_114502_029

One silly challenge I’ve found on Facebook is typing a phrase than clicking the middle spellchecker option to make a sentence or in this case a random poem.

I’ve decided my phrase will be:

On the twelfth day of Christmas my true love gave to me..

The link to university of Manchester

and us a metallic clunk

The artist from the pottery

The link is getting very

The artist had used a cat

in speaking to encourage

even more involvement

The link to her page

here Ive real use

The artist from Spode

at least I’m going back

memories that people

The link inch

The artist had used to be a circular

The link is broken

The artist from the road.

So thats weird……

Dawn

I just accidentally clicked on the new editor and didn’t understand it at all. My photos uploaded straight away but then I couldn’t work out how to add text? Has anyone else used it yet?

Anyway ..

Dawn,

Bright sky, blue moon, sharp stars.

Pink and yellow sparkle,

Flat blue and violet.

No clouds this morning,

Just smoke trails in the blue.

Azure hue, tinge of grey.

Twigs and branches scratch holes

Through into the night.

Fingers of dark pulling down the dark,

Dawn into Dusk.

Rainbow

Where is my pot of gold?

My lottery win.

When does my luck strike,

Tickets worth a million?

No chance.

But I will chase the dream

Gamble with my life

End the day so low,

No more shining light.

Colours glitter in the sky,

Shimmer in the night,

Then my life is thrown away,

Gold dissolved by rain.

OK that’s not very cheerful but I tried. I guess I should be talking about the colours but the lottery winning numbers were on TV… .

Leaving leaves

IMG_20181122_184435_647

Leaves you have fallen,

Clawed the sky then slumped to the ground.

Wet, damp, cold, you shiver on pavements,

You crush together on grass,

Just a carpet of colour flavouring the world.

Only here in temperate lands, leaves fall each year.

North the evergreens take over, south the rainforest.

Here we abide in heat and cold. Sun and rain,

Leaves leave, love fades, life continues.
