Baubles and glitter
Owlish glass eyes
Tinsel and paper chains
Stationary supplies
Could be for Christmas
Could be for spring
Maybe for summer
A decorative thing….
What is this poem?
Totally daft
Owling not owing

Oooh I need to show you a wooden Christmas tree decoration Mark bought for me and I think you’d like. It’s a native totem bear with a salmon in his belly š

Is it maori style? That sort of decoration is beautiful

Yeah it was from some lady in Canada that sells Haida art / totem carvings, plaques and ornaments.
Will get a photo and post later but link for reference (didn’t buy from here it’s daft expensive but the stuff is stunning)

Had a quick look, how lovely. I’m into celtic art and saxon art. Love the anthropomorphic figures… X

These Celtic crosses are less than half a mile from my house you’d love it round here I think.

Yeah just down the road – more or less directly opposite the Abbey ruins but inside the graveyard of Whalley Parish Church. There’s all sorts of stuff in there – see groups of people taking photos of the crosses now and then it seems to be a thing.
