Little cat

On the mat,

slept for 5

Then off he went

Off to get

A bit of food

Because his mood

Is hungry.

Not a good poem

But it’s nice to see him so relaxed.

My Cat won’t perform
He doesn’t do tricks
He’s not cute or cuddly
Won’t chase after sticks
But he is loving
Likes to purr
Sleeps most of the day
With nice soft fur.
