Sleep

I must dream

Stay calm

Lay softly

Feel relaxed

Breathing deeply

Taking time

To rest quietly.

I must sleep

I need rest

I must find my dreamworld.

Will I rest

Or will it be another sleepless night?

I lie counting sheep.
