New paintings and regular art updates.
I’ve started the poppy and wheat painting. Just primary colours to start. Then I will build it up. I might use some gold paint for the wheat seed heads. I’ve got to add green but the paint is still wet. Not much to see here yet. Lots of work to do on it.
I’ve just started a dog painting and I’m blocking in the colours. As you can see he’s a terrier. I think he looks a bit like a Teddy bear at the moment. Work in progress, acrylic on canvas. x
They might not look like much yet, but I’ve just blocked in three small painting that I sketched out over the weekend. The middle one is of a cat curled up on an armchair. The chair will be covered in a holly pattern.the cat on the window ledge will have a blue and white vase next to it, and the pottery is an imagined view in the snow,
I’ve got a busy week so I might not be able to get online much. Also I’ve got toothache!
