Then Daffodils and Iris
Helibores and Hyacinth

Slowly the Tulips
Spread their petals
While perennials lift
Their sleepy heads
From the soil.
As rain falls
And air warms
The Magnolia
Opens its petals
And Cherry blossom
Blooms…
