
Silhouetted by the sky, the untidy buildings are disguised by the brilliance of the colours above them. I didn’t get out in time for the deep pink colour that had glared out five minutes before. But the orange and purples made me smile.
This shimmering scene may ported rain, it is forecast. Pale ochre feilds in the distance are starting to bleed green shoots through their dusty surfaces.
I don’t normally get up early enough to see the dawn, but this time I’d been awake all night… I’m glad I saw it.
