My friend just told me she has covid and a few other friends have had it recently. Then someone else posted this graph on Facebook. There is a definite uptick on the right of the graph. It’s not clear how it will progress and given the lack of publication of the stats on TV anymore its not surprising that people are possibly getting a little complacent about it. Yes most people are vaccinated, but it doesn’t mean you will be totally immune. I just hope that people can get over it quickly. I for one keep buying and wearing masks.

I too continue to wear a mask in shops and in large enclosed gatherings. I’ve had all my jabs but I have vulnerable people in my family and don’t wish to cause them unnecessary risk.

Same here in country Victoria, Australia, Christine. My husband and I haven’t had COVID and are fully vaxxed but still don’t want it. Some people are still wearing masks especially our oldies. People have become complacent, and it is much harder now to socially distance when out and about. Take care.

It’s rife where I live. My neighbour got Covid last Monday. I got it last Tuesday. Yes we live in the same apartment block but in separate buildings and separate lifts. Can only think the person that delivers the post!

I’m fine but it was a rollercoaster for 5 days. never been that sick I my life.

We are vaccinated four times and got covid just a couple of days ago. But we cannot say that we are suffering. It is more like a normal cold, blocked nose, sneezing and a little coughing. We actually enjoy it and stay happily at home, reading a lot, editing pictures and blogging.
