Smiling cloud faces, view of Snowdonia, Wales, UK , June I think, 2019. Wishing I was there now. We haven’t been able to visit for over a year because of Covid…I saw this again today and remembered how enjoyable it was just travelling, exploring, driving down roads I’d never been down before. I don’t mind not driving much, but I’d like to go to a few nice places again….

I hope we all get the chance to travel and explore again soon ✨ lets hold on till then!

Lovely photo, very similar landscape to some areas of Tasmania!

We only have a few mountainous areas in the UK and most of them are in the Highlands of Scotland or Snowdonia in Wales. I’m not sure about Northern Ireland. In England there are some high hills in the Lake district.

I recently watched “Dannny MacAskill – The Slabs” on YouTube, filmed on the Isle of Skye. Spectacular scenery if you can look beyond his equally spectacular riding!
