I get that — I was up all night thinking too much and freaking myself out. I think when stuff happens to us (as it has to you and to me) the worst case scenario is way too accessible.

I try not to do that. I’m a stubborn woman and I try and fight against getting too worried. I try and be positive when I stop to think about things.
