Stuck on Sudoku

I’m stuck, I can’t think, it’s been a couple of years since I did one of these and I’ve forgotten how! I know squares have 1-9, lines have 1-9 but I can’t see the patterns anymore. Just spent an hour on this and only done a third…. Onwards….

I can’t even look at Sudoku without my brain shutting down and my heart beating too fast.
