Zombie film fun.

When you enjoy doing mad things it’s easy to have a laugh. My hubby and I were involved as extras in a zombie / comedy / romance / musical film last year and we went to the Wrap party a couple of weeks ago. This was how I went. In one of my masks for sleep aponea and lots of make up using Face paints (hint, don’t use red face paint as eye liner, it made me look really ill the following day and was hard to clean off). I had to wear my glasses to see! I stuck the pipe into my handbag and pretended to breathe through it.

I’m hoping the film called “Humanus” gets released. The actors in it, who have learning difficulties and physical disabilities, were brilliant. They deserve to succeed.

Ghoulish hands…

The fingernails were split and bleeding, the hand ended at a severed wrist. Gradually it crawled across the floor, searching for something? Lifting the pretty throw draped across the sofa it scuttled underneath…

The camera panned out. The narrator whispering….. Now the female waits, it is mating season. She is a lone zombie hand, she can release pheromones….

Then… And here they are, five smaller hands, distinguished by not wearing nail varnish……

In the spring, the narrator said, there could be fingers…..

Zombie cat

His figure appeared in the doorway, upright, paws out, head tilted to one side. A zombie cat? Lurching towards her out of the dark. Not the sprightly pounce and jump, but a shambling gait past the books on the landing. She thought of running past him out of the bedroom, but he was to tall to jump over and she would have fallen down the stairs. Instead she backed away and stood on the old armchair. He stumbled as he entered the room, sounding a vicious growl as his back paws twisted sideways. She lept from the chair, caught the handrail and ran and jumped downstairs….

She hadn’t considered there might be zombie mice in the lounge
