We got a nice shed so my hubby could have somewhere to store all his bikes and bike bits. But something has migrated in there. OO guage trains, hornby dublo and triang, have moved in. The bikes, tyres, tubes, wheels have been evicted to various bushes in the garden, sheltering from summer showers.
Trying to explain that if he gets a couple of storage boxes or some shelves. He could put things away and not have to step over train transformers to get in. Also if we get a pasting table he won’t have to kneel on the floor… I don’t think being organised is his strong suit….

Christine my 41 year old son adores trains. He made (had help) a large table structure for the trains, you can walk around it. Underneath can be used for storing boxes etc. The table is about 90cm high.

Sounds good. We have a wooden base which I landscaped years ago. I want to put it in the shed too. At the moment it’s propped up on a table in the corner of the living room.

Me too but it isn’t going to happen. I live in a one bedroom seniors studio owned by the council/public housing. I have been here 3 months and plan to stay forever x

PS: Your hubby could put brackets on the walls to hang up the bikes.
