I’m sick of feeling ill! I’ve been like this for a week. Aching, tired. I feel like I’m going to come down with shingles or something.. I had it a few years ago and it was vile. Oh well… If it goes quiet you will know why.

Hi Christine I hope you feel better soon. Shingles are terrible . I have had four episodes of them and was forced to have time off work years ago. Stress seemed to be a major contributor. Sending you get well wishes x

I think I’m just experiencing the post hepatic pain from them. It doesn’t seem to be developing. Maybe a few days away will help.
