When cats stare what are they seeing? Why do they look at things that don’t seem to exist. I see him pouncing on things but they are not visible to me. A great big purr/miaow yowl… then a rush and land crash onto a chair or leap over a bag or some books.
Seeing the unseen.. A sixth sense? No smell, nothing to feel, no image. I look in the same direction, nothing.
Can cats see into the past or future? Can they see ghosts? He never hisses and his tail does not thrash from side to side. The look is curious, open eyed. Querying the validity of what he sees.
There is a Shakespeare quote from Hamlet, something along the lines of “there are more things on heaven and that are dreamt of in my philosophy Horatio”
Maybe cats can see through our universe. Maybe they can see into the next….
